I got Florence + the Machine’s Lungs for my birthday and not only was it probably my favorite album of 2010 (I mean, that I heard in 2010, it was released in 2009) but it’s quickly gained the potential to be one of my favorite albums period. Florence Welch’s voice entrances me and the songs are catchy and interesting from start to finish. Florence + the Machine got a lot of attention in 2010 and I think deserved every minute of it.
